The Radiant Reset

The Radiant Reset

I’m honored to be a featured co-author in the newest release from The Amazing Woman series, The Radiant Reset. Collaborating with inspiring women authors from around the globe was a truly empowering experience. The book launched in March, and last month, I had the pleasure of hosting many of these incredible women on my podcast, FIND IT, where they shared their personal interpretations of The Radiant Reset.

Although I wasn’t able to be present for that particular episode—my father was unexpectedly hospitalized that evening—I’m grateful for my amazing producer, Lynn Serrano and for Marsh Engle, the visionary behind The Amazing Woman series. A seasoned broadcaster and host, Marsh graciously stepped in to lead the conversation.

Today, I’m taking a moment to share what The Radiant Reset means to me, personally.

I believe a Radiant Reset looks different for each of us. It’s not a one-size-fits-all moment—it’s deeply personal, shaped by where we are in life and what we most need. At its heart, a reset is a powerful act of self-awareness and intention. It’s about reclaiming your energy, renewing your mindset, and realigning with your purpose.

A reset can be as simple—and as profound—as the moment you wake up and choose how to start your day. It can be a decision to care for your health by shifting your food choices and moving your body with more purpose. It might be a shift in perspective, where you begin to focus more on the positives, choosing gratitude over scarcity or stress. Sometimes, a reset shows up in our relationships—when we put in the effort to heal and grow together, or when we courageously decide to walk away for our own peace.

Whatever form it takes, a Radiant Reset is an empowering choice to begin again—with clarity, with intention, and with heart.

I’ve often said that just as the leaves fall from the trees and return each spring, we too go through seasons of release, renewal and rebirth. That to me is the essence of a Radiant Reset—a continual unfolding, a chance to begin again with deeper wisdom and a stronger sense of self.

While writing this book, the most meaningful insight I gained was the realization that vulnerability is still something I’m learning to embrace. It doesn’t always come easily—but through this process, I was reminded of how far I’ve come. One of my favorite reflections from my writing is this: “True self-honor began with being unwilling to negotiate who I am.” That line continues to ground me, reminding me that authenticity is not only powerful—it’s non-negotiable.

I believe this insight can serve as a light for other women, encouraging each of us to find joy in our own unique journey. When we create a loving, trusting relationship with ourselves, we begin to feel a true sense of belonging—not from the outside in, but from the inside out. And that, I believe, is where our radiance truly begins.

So in Debbie Fashion, let’s end this with a little fun… Are you ready? Ready-RESET-Go !!! (not ready, set, go) wink, wink
